Cancellation & Late Policy

 

All appointments require a credit card on file. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of a scheduled service or without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment and, may be banned from scheduling in the future.

 

Out of respect to our clientele, we reserve the right to turn away a guest arriving more than 15 minutes late and are subject to a late cancellation fee.

 

Emergency situations will be considered but are at the discretion of Somlos Beauty.
